GL220 Chart Recorder/ Data Logger

The GL220 is the next generation midi logger following on from the success of the GL200 & GL200A models. With 10 fully isolated multi-function inputs and internal 3.5MB of non-volatile flash memory, this logger has an exceptional cost to performance ratio. With its large format colour display, you can easily set up and capture data with the ability to monitor waveforms and digital values during measurements. Its instant replay function makes it easy to review data that has been captured to internal memory or removable USB memory stick storage. Standard PC interface makes GL220 accessible through USB.

TME - Ethernet Thermometer Alarm Unit

TME is a simple temperature sensor with Ethernet interface. It measures temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C. Measured values can be read in several ways including TCP, UDP, HTTP (WEB), e-mail, SOAP, Modbus TCP and SNMP protocols. Thanks to this it is possible to choose a method suitable for particular application.

The temperature is sent in a simple ASCII format directly in degrees Celsius; there is no need of any additional conversion. It also enables communication with SNMP protocol (UDP) or sending an e-mail in case any of the pre-set limits is exceeded.

You can easily embed the temperature from TME to your WEB site using http GET. Measured temperature is also available in XML file or it can be sent as an http POST in XML format for further processing in a WEB service. (All temperature acquisition methods are on page 6.)

TME is configurable via WEB interface. TME is powered from an external PSU 5V (TME) or directly from ethernet network according to IEEE802.3af standard (TME PoE)

Replace your Relay Logic with low-cost mini PLC

The xLogic SuperRelay is a compact and expandable CPU replacing mini PLCs, multiple timers, relays and counters. The xLogic SuperRelay perfectly fits in the space between timing relays and a low-end PLC's. The ELC-18 range is the advanced level model, incorporating a good mix of digital and analogue I/O, clock with calender, counters, timers, LCD, keypad and an expansion port. Easy to configure either using the LCD and keypad or with drag-and-drop functions blocks using the FREE ELCSoft software.

xLogic SuperRelay is a compact and expandable industrial computer ideal for replacing older PLCs, multiple timers, counters and traditional relay logic.

The xLogic SuperRelay is available in 120V/240V AC or 24V DC versions, making it the ideal solution for relay replacement, or simple control applications as building and parking lot lighting, managing automatic lighting, access control, watering systems, pump control, ventilation systems, home automation and a wide field of other applications demanding low cost to be a primary design issue.

Available with a common mix of digital input, digital output, analogue input, PWM output, high speed pulse counting, Real time clock and time switch functions. The ELC-18 range offer a 4-line LCD display and keypad for program modification and display and control whilst the program is running. An expansion port allows the connection of up to 31 expansion modules, extending the I/O channel count and adding Ethernet and SMS text communication capabilities.

Low Cost Ethernet to Serial Converter

The eNET-232 Ethernet to Serial converter is a simple way of connecting any serial device, whether RS232 or RS485 to a Ethernet network. It features a simple setup procedure, ease of operation and automatic network recovery. Supplied with Programming examples and Virtual Serial Port software, to seamlessly add serial ports to your Network. The eNET-232 has a two serial ports, one RS232 and the other can be a RS232/422/485 RS485 port.

A pair of eNET-232's can be set up in Client-Server mode where they will send RS232 data between each other without any PC intervention.

MODBUS Temperature, humidity and Barometric Pressure Transmitters

Available from Audon Electronics are a range of low cost temperature, humidity and barometric pressure sensors with an RS485 output. These units can communicate via a simple ASCII "Adam 4000 series" compatible protocol or the industry standard MODBUS RTU protocol for use with common SCADA software.

Measured temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure are converted to serial output with a RS485 interface. Transmitters are available in wall-mount, duct-mount and bar types. Also, types with T+RH probe on a cable are available.

They featuring a large dual line LCD for local display of temperature, humidity, pressure or other calculated value and the microprocessor design ensures maximum long term stability and fail indication.

The transmitter works with ModBus RTU communication protocol or with ADAM compatible ASCII protocol. The protocol is user selectable in special configuration mode by means of the PC.

Economical Ethernet Temperature/Humidity email Alarm

The HWg-STE web thermometer is an Ethernet based two channel alarm unit configured using a built-in web server. The HWg-STE web thermometer is configured using a built-in web server which can also show the current temperature (and humidity). If the temperature (or humidity) exceeds a specified threshold, an e-mail alert is sent. The HWg-STE Thermometer is also fully SNMP compatible. Free windows software HWg-PDMS for datalogging, graphical overview and MS Excel export is included.

The HWg STE represents an effective and economic solutions in the applications like air-conditioning failure, heating system monitoring, cooler/freezer monitoring, heating optimization and food storage.

Digital Event Recorder - Date and Time stamp 4 digital inputs

The S7841 is a 4-channel digital event recorder which can record the date and time when any of it's 4 inputs changes state. The inputs can be volt-free contacts, such as door contacts, machine switches, or it can be a voltage signal. Data can then be downloaded to a PC for storage and analysis. A LCD display shows the current sate of the logger.

The S7841 is a stand-alone device, and the replaceble internal battery typically lasts 4 years. Up to 16254 events can be recordered per input, and spikes of less than 1/2 second are ignored to prevent false results.

Data download is via a Rs232, USB or Ethernet connection.
